The Manager of Inbound&CRM is a functional leader will manage collaborators cross squad based on their function in the squad. Initially this will be CRM professionals. The Manager of Inbound acts similarly to other functional leader of distributed teams in growth, such as the SEO Manager or Paid Media Manager. For the Senior Manager the Inbound Manager will be a crucial support that will guarantee that all squads are staffed with highly motivated and qualified professionals. As the number of growth teams increases in the future the Inbound&CRM Manager will be supported by specialists to limit the amount of direct reports.

The main focus of the Inbound&CRM Manager will be:

- Build a high performance, distributed inbound marketing team

- Conflict resolution

- 3 years of relevant work experience for mid level (ideally startup experience and in B2C e-commerce or marketplace businesses as well as B2B businesses focused on SMEs);
- Good understanding of strategies CRM and Inbound strategies;
- Good understanding of digital marketing channels;
- Strong analytical skills and experience with advanced analytics software, ideally Looker (could also be Tableau). SQL skills not required but prefered
