Escale is a rapidly growing customer acquisition company located in São Paulo, Brazil. Founded in 2013 by two American entrepreneurs in their apartment in Vila Madalena, Escale today boasts more than 700 employees.  
We are data and technology platform that deliver more intelligent and optimized buying experiences to consumers. We manage the end-to-end sales funnel for big brands in industries such as telecom, healthcare and education with a simple thesis: the best sales strategy is to deliver an amazing buying experience to end users.   
With recent investments from top VCs such as Kaszek Ventures, Global Founders Capital and Redpointe.Ventures, we are expanding our engineering and data teams to develop a world class customer acquisition platform.

Responsabilities

  • New Partnerships
  • Research & understand market factors (market sizes, trends, competitive landscape, etc) to identify exciting growth verticals, Escale strategic positioning in the vertical long and short term, and specific brand partnerships opportunities for Escale. 
  • Establishing Escale’s B2B brand partnerships, running the entire sales process end-to-end, including: opportunity identification, prospecting, initial pitches, material preparation, business plan modeling, deal terms negotiation, contract terms negotiation, contract signing, hand-over to implementation team and support.  
  • Build relationships with executive team of future potential brand partners, to understand their needs and future plans, and how Escale can best position ourselves to help and grow

  • Build relationships with executive team of brand partners, to understand their needs and future plans, and how Escale can best position ourselves to help and grow
  • Increase revenue and profitability with brand partners by increasing partnership scope, pricing and/or conditions.
  • Required Experiences and Characteristics

  • Experience establishing 2 or more B2B contracts with likelihood to generate R$24MM+ revenue per year once ramped-up, running most of or the entire sales process end-to-end, including: opportunity identification, prospecting, initial pitches, material preparation, business plan modeling, deal terms negotiation, contract terms negotiation, contract signing, hand-over to implementation team and support.  
  • Experience upselling existing customers/partners by meaningfully increasing scope, pricing and/or conditions 
  • Very strong business acumen - executive teams of major brands need to WANT to make time & space for this person because of the value he/she can bring to them in a conversation 
  • Extremely charismatic & charming - people love and look forward to speaking with this person
  • Understands digital marketing & technology enough to have a quick ramp-up in being able to understand and clearly explain Escale’s operations

  • Already established relationships with executive teams from major verticals relevant to Escale. (Telcom, Health, Financial Services and Education)
  • Strong English
